Half My Life, Geographically

Monte Vista (+/- 15 miles), 1994 – Denver, present, captured on someone’s video blog (I know, that would be a “vlog,” but I just can’t use that word)…

Thanks to Jenny, my architect sister, for the link.

  1. Very enjoyable. I never have seen the Mesa Verde dwellings. I don’t know why. I think it was a popular school tour, too.

You know what’s funny? Growing up, I thought every town had a drive-in movie theater with a hotel in the back. I never really thought it was that big of a deal.

  3. Hehe. That’s delightful.

I didn’t go to the drive-in inn very much. I went occasionally in the summers when the cousins were up from Texas. We liked playing on the playground/swingset thing before the movie.

I actually had guests stay there for my wedding (I had the wedding on the ranch my parents live on).
