Oh snap. I just read about separating it underwater, because the seeds sink and everything else floats. I always end up as a huge stained mess when dealing with pomegranate.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I seriously stopped buying pomegranates after I tired of the huge messes (on counters, walls, and me!) I made every time I tried to get those seeds out. I’m ready to give it another try.
