Public speaking (however minor) tends to stress me out. Advice so far:

* Stand with my hands on my hips.
* Look at the back wall.
* Don’t make jokes.
* Remember the audience is rooting for you.

Feel free to add you own advice. And think happy thoughts at about 3 p.m. MDT. I will deal with this…
