The conference is going well. I’m about to go to a session on Getty Vocabularies (some of my favorite things!). I’m basically in the Kansas City equivalent of Cherry Creek — disappointed with food prices, but coping (and definitely still eating it anyway). It’s pretty, but the weather isn’t.

I don’t avoid Boulder at all costs! I think it’s a lovely little town. I just don’t happen to go there too often.
A lovely little town is far different from the evil suburbs. It’s those suburbs that I avoid at all cost.
